Purchased a sofa on 20/06/17. Sofa is great but arrived with incorrect cushions and this is where the problems started! Emailed the store on 21/06/17 to organise getting the correct cushions sent out. Informed that they were on order and we would be contacted when they were in to collect but it could be up to 6 weeks. Not a problem, happy to wait. Waited and waited and had to contact the store to chase up. Was told that the order hadn't been placed on the supplier so they would have to reorder. Starting to get fed up but not going to lose sleep as we all have better things to worry about! We are now in September and no sign of the cushions and NO contact from the store! Tried calling the store but no answer and am awaiting a call back! Will these cushions ever turn up?? The story contnues......

Nice sofas, incompetent customer service. When you are placing your order the staf is helpful and pushy, but believe me, after that it is a nightmare. We bought a ex display item in the store, the guy told me that it will be delivered next week. Nobody contacted me since we placed the order to update me on the status of my furniture.. After two weeks I am trying to contact them over the phone well that is impossible as I am on hold for 30 minutes, then they keep transfering me to different people as they have no idea where my sofa is. It's been 3 days and it's a joke that I still have no idea when I will get my sofa, armchair and footstool. Today I am going to the store and if they cannot help me I am going to cancel my order. I am very upset as I though DFS is a professional store, but it is clear to me now that they are only after sales, not looking after their customers. I would not buy anything from them and I am certainly not recommending this store to my friends and family.

A nice variety of sofas. We tried DFS products before and we are happy with it. Their aftercare is also great.
