Don't bother asking them to come and pick your sofa up. I explained on the phone that I lived on 2nd floor and it's a heavy sofa bed. 2 men turned up. Muttered something in their own language and explained that it was too heavy. No hello, thank you or goodbye. Just here's your gift aid card. You can stick your gift card somewhere else. A complete waste of my time when i stayed in thinking i was donating to a charity. I had other private people who were willing to come and pick it up but i thought i would donate it to a good cause. Teach your empoyees to have a few manners. Happy that they couldnt take it but being grunted at isnt in my vocabulary. Sorry! Wont ever bother to donate again.

Very awful delivery! The furniture arrived with a missing shelf and a broken handle. Only after calling a few times did they tell us that the shelf has been broken during delivery. Would have appreciated a call to inform us! These things will be very difficult to replace and now you sit with this massive piece of furniture wondering whether to return it. Very frustrating.

We tried to donate the contents of my fathers home upon his death. The ladies in the shop were wonderful but the men sent to collect the furniture were over familiar, rude, and disrespectful of my late fathers belongings. More over they spoke to each other in their own language and damaged my fathers home. I am sorry for the ladies who manage the shop as they have some seriously bad subcontractors.
