My first experience at Dunelm stores. I set out with the wife to look at replacing pillows and the choice of pillows was impressive and the fact you can try each pillow out on stores on a sample bed makes the experience of choosing the right pillow a good one. After visiting the other departments its a pretty impressive store what appears to have good quality products at reasonable prices. Update - bed linen quality is so good I furnished my holiday home with it.
Customer service absolutely shocking. I came to return a faulty item that Dunelm sent me via an online order, and had a total of about 5 items I needed to return. The lady Andrea who served me was really rude, she said “this is going to take a while” I politely said I’m happy to wait as long as it takes. She then proceeded to huff and puff about the number items to return, I kindly showed the receipts for all items and wrote out all the order numbers. When I came to the last items she said “oh good” in an insulting manner. She didn’t even greet a hello or goodbye, decent human courtesy seems beyond some people it seems.
Lots of sale items here but the shop is very messy. They have a lot of items they clearly want to sell to create space for new stock. You can really find some bargains in here from bedding to cutlery to home decor.
We have just visited the store. Massive que, two girls serving. Then four girls just keep chatting away. Lady in front requested one of them to assist, to which they moved their chat inside an open door office. Only lovely girl came back out to walk behind they tills and give us all a smug haha smile to go back laughing to the chatting with the girls. It seems not much help would be offered by any of the staff there today, the place is a tip, not the be help offered Tho nothing tops that girl in the green who seems to think it’s funny to watch her fellow colleges struggle and laugh at that queuing
Nice store, well laid out. We bought a couple of lamps but the pricing of what was included wasn't clear and finding the correct bulbs wasn't easy.
Chaotic layout but some excellent products at budget prices. Click & collect queue for tills makes peaktime collection hit & miss. Parking bays a tad tight

Needed to find some lights here,we used this store as we were in the area anyway and we had been here before so we thought we would pop in.the lights are interesting,some very nice patterns and also they even have cool lights on the ceilings too in the lights section which are for sale and a fabulous idea.also we had a little browse round the store too and found a few interesting products.Customer service was good too,the lift was nice but it was a little slow.will highly recommend this store.
I love this place. Great selection of bedding you just get lost in. Kitchenware is exciting and varied. Something for everyone whatever your taste. Due to covid the cafe is shut but when open we have enjoyed a few veggie breakfasts here on a lazy Sunday morning!! Bought this fab anti-slip tray!! Just great!
Bought this set online, so easy to assemble and really comfortable. Great value for money!
