Some absolutely solid deals to be had! The store is mighty untidy and the tills rarely have enough staff on them, yet there is an abundance of staff walking around, which seems very odd. However, the place really nails everything else and also, the cafe is great. I like the place.
It was the first time I visited this store and I was really impressed. Very spacious and lots and lots of items around,great prices and choice.nNext time I stop at the cafe as well!
Very good store with well stocked shelves full of great ideas for home or gifts. Lots of friendly staff and plenty of people on the tills when I visited. They have a decent coffee and snack place aswell.
My first experience at Dunelm stores. I set out with the wife to look at replacing pillows and the choice of pillows was impressive and the fact you can try each pillow out on stores on a sample bed makes the experience of choosing the right pillow a good one. After visiting the other departments its a pretty impressive store what appears to have good quality products at reasonable prices.nnUpdate - bed linen quality is so good I furnished my holiday home with it.
Either their manager needs replacing orntheir whole team does, the lazy culture in store is shocking. If you have staff that offer nothing more than a checkout service it’s better to get rid of them and have a self service checkout.nIf there are items in stock but not on shop floor but in the warehouse. Which supervisor is instructing staff to lie to customers and say it’s not available or only available for delivery when 2 hour click & collect is available. Which verifies item is in stock but staff are unwilling to visit the warehouse unless they have to, to meet click & collect demands. There is a Dunelm in Greenford which is only 20 mins drive away. They understand what having a job and doing a job looks like.
