Met with Jeff today. Very knowledgeable of all the sofas and chairs. Very helpful and polite and with his guidance we ended up purchasing a corner sofa with recliner seats built in. Before today we had struggled to find the right sofa for us. Left the shop very satisfied with our purchase, thank Jeff. A great credit to the company.
Jeff the store manager was amazingly helpful, very knowledgeable and not at all hard sell. We popped in on Saturday and he was plumping up the cushions at the front of the store , turned to us with a bright smile and asked if he could help. We said we were merely browsing and he left us alone except to answer our queries, and gave us a cheery goodbye nonetheless and said we were welcome anytime. We went back today and bought a £6 k sofa. Natuzzi is a fantastic brand enhanced by such pride in it from Jeff and his team. I’ve no doubt the delivery experience will live up to such excellent first impressions. Lovely showroom too.
Great experience purchasing our new sofa. Jeff was extremely helpful and patient whilst we went through lots of different colour options. Jeff also offered loads of advice on the different types and sizes of the sofas available and the best colour choices for feet. Would highly recommend shopping here. Sofas are a fantastic quality.
Raf in Reading shop was a brilliant sales person and very patient to explain all details to us. He was patient when I was changing my mind 5 times : we found all colours and dimensions options to make the best our house. Thanks all of the team they have shared thoughts and experiences. So much happy the service we have received today with such a big knowledge and experience.
Visited Reading branch and dealt with Dave. The experience was very relaxed and non pushy. Dave talked us through the myriad of options available and we eventually bought a lovely sofa and chair. Excellent experience would recommend.

We happened to be the first customers in the store on Boxing Day. We were looking for a reclining chair and managed to find one that suited us very quickly. On arrival we had been greeted by someone who we found out later was the store manager. Having visited the store before we knew there would be no sales patter -in fact the products sell themselves, so by the time Jeff the manager came to chat we just had a questions about options and functionality. We were looked after very well and Jeff provided us with all the information we needed to be sure we were going to be happy with our choice and payment options. We had checked out some of the other store options nearby but Natuzzi products really stood out as best. The store is highly recommended.
Just wanted to say a bit thank you for Kaz/Jeff for the brillant service they offered. We couldn’t make our minds up however they very were patient and they walked us through all the information we needed. Ended up buying two sofa sets. Highly recommended.
Shak was extremely helpful. He guided us through the various Natuzzi styles, and was patient until we found our ideal combo of a 4 seater sofa and 2 swivel armchairs. We have purchased natuzzi before, and would again.
