We visited the store earlier this month and were served by Jules. He was very knowledgeable and helpful and gave us a good deal on our chosen mattress. I've just taken delivery and both chaps were very polite & respectful, would highly recommend.
Very good customer service provided by MUSA, listened well to our questions and replied in calmly manner. We received nice welcoming, coffee and drinks offered, mattress tested and matched to my child's needs. Highly recommended. Easy transaction, free delivery offered as well as some freebies, like pillows.nCannot wait for my beds and mattresses to arrive.nThank you.
Jules was very helpful with the shopping experience and despite being new to the company he was very knowledgeable. There was a question or two he wasn't too sure about but Chris his manager was a great help to us and mentor to Jules. I would recommend this shop to anyone in need of a new bed.
As I walk into your store I was greeted by a lovely young man. First he wished me happy new year that I thought he was nice, then he asked me what I was looking for I explained what I was looking for. He then showed me mattress in my price range.. after taking awhile I picked the one the whole experience was fantastic will recommend your store to my friends.
Was met by Georgia who was lovely, very friendly and helpful and her advice was a great help when deciding which bed to choose. Nice simple process when ordering bed everything explained properlynVery good service
