Dreams High Wycombe

It is refreshing to go into a big ticket retailer and get looked after, my wife and I went to the Dreams store in High Wycombe and the service was amazing, I was greeted, offered a cup of tea and a buiscuit ( custard creams my favourite) and I was left to browse, we had been into many stores by this time and I was getting annoyed at the constant following, but amazing service and the delivery was quick and the delivery team where awesome, I would recommend Dreams to anybody, we are going back to get our spare rooms done as well.

Bed didnt arrive on time and there were large set-backs with regards to poor communication which were disappointing. However once I escalated the issue the fact that the bed hadnt arrived and I was unhappy with the responses given it was handled much better by Dreams and the new bed was delivered the following day, which did redeem the situation quite well.

Customer service was poor. Plenty of choice, but the sales people just wouldn't leave us alone to make up our minds. Constant high pressure sales tactics even as we were walking out the door.
