Far less flashy than the Arnold Clark garages and better for it. 

My experience is only from the servicing side of the business. They are fairly flexible and try to keep costs down by using aftermarket parts if the customer wishes. Jamie in the service department is by far the most helpful and puts in the extra mile.

I could not fault this garage in any way.  My salesman Filip was extremely helpful and made the process of buying a new car enjoyable.  You certainly felt well looked after from the minute you walked in the door until I left the garage with my new car.  I would definitely recommend this garage to anyone.

In all the years that we have purchased cars, we have never received such excellent service as we did when we bought our new car. 
We walked in to look at cars and were met by salesman, Paul Ritchie who was extremely helpful and nothing was a hassle to him.
We would thoroughly recommend the garage. Great service, thanks again.

This is by far the worst dealership I have ever used.

Nissan Qashqai turbo failed 1 month out of warranty with just 16,500 miles on the clock. Western wanted to charge almost £2k, and would not budge, so I spoke to Nissan directly, they were great thankfully, and agreed to pick up the costs for parts & labour. 

About a month later Western called looking for payment!

A few months down the line the same car has gone in for a repair on a squeaking noise from the steering column. In for a full day and get car back still making the same noise. So, in it goes a second time, noise gone only to return a few weeks later. Car goes in a third time, they finally identify the actual issue, but don't have the parts, despite car going in at 9am.

I was assured of a call back the following day with a price for the repair, nobody called, so I ended up phoning them. Apologetic customer service agent said they were short staffed and she would get back to me personally the following day, yet again no call back.

Totally exasperated with this garage, they couldn't give a hoot about their customers post sale.

I recently purchased a car from this garage and I am absolutely delighted . The initial contact right through to the pickup of the car was an enjoyable experience, the salesman Paul Ritchie ensured that I was happy throughout and restored my faith in buying a second hand car. I would recommend this garage and will continue to use Western Nissan Stirling for the care and maintenance of my car.
