I was recently in the market for a car and visited CDW after spying a car on their website. I had been to see a few other cars and was beginning to give up hope of finding something. I met Graeme at the dealership and the car was in excellent condition so we took it for a test drive. Deal made then and there and drove off the same day! At no point did I feel any pressure to buy, and everything was explained thoroughly by Graeme. I did bring the car back to them for some minor warranty work and Western Honda in the same building deal with this for CDW. Again, everyone here was very helpful, friendly, and my car was all fixed up and ready to go in no time. Highly recommend and thank you so much for making it such an easy process!
Called twice about a Dacia duster last week. Nobody can be bothered to get to you. I always give people the benefit of the doubt that are on holiday or busy etc. But I never call a third time for anything! It just spells out to me bad after service. I’m sorry but gut feelings are don’t take a risk. Hope I’m wrong but if they can take anything positive from this review I hope they do
Was made to feel very welcome and at no point felt pressured by the staff. Having bought cars before, this was by far the best experience I've had. The purchase of the car went smoothly and I feel I got great value for money. I was met by Brian who, in addition to a terrific 10/10 beard, had a very friendly demeanor. He took me through the process with ease, with banter throughout. Couldn't recommend him more. For my next car I plan to visit the Car Deal Warehouse as they've set the bar so highly.
My partner recently bought a Ford focus from cdw Stirling. The deal she seen online was excellent so she put down a deposit for it and we came through and dealt with Graham who was great to deal with, easy going ensuring we got a good deal and the car itself was as advertised online. No issues whatsoever and she's happy to finally have a new car. Highly recommend this place to purchase a car.

Bought a car dealing with Ross Campbell. All done politely, professionally and honestly with no sales pressure. Just was given what I wanted from what was on offer warranty-wise etc once he ran through the options. Car as described and priced online. It did have wee of damage to the clearcoat paint on the bumper that neither of us noticed at the time of test drive / purchase, but Ross saw it before pick up, told me about it, apologised, and said I could come and get it fixed when it suited. Went today and while I had lunch it was fixed by his skilled painter; looks good as new. Happy to give a 5/5 for my purchase experience.
I got a VW up from CDW Stirling this week. Absolutely top class service from these guys. Graeme got me for a test drive and did not feel like pushing the sale at any point. Easy transaction and seemless paperwork. Following the car purchase I came across an issue with the gears which it turned out to be my own fault/stupidity. Nonetheless Graeme once again was very accomodating and rushed to find a solution and within less than 24hrs the car was sorted despite being my fault. I honestly cannot thank you enough. The car drives perfect and I am grateful for all the support that Graeme and his manager provided. I would recommend them with no hesitation.
Had a browse on Autotrader and found a nice Renault Megane for a great price. I came to car deal warehouse and seen several other vehicles that had been brilliantly priced, Brian the beard :D approached me in a professional manner and asked me what cars had my interest and if I would like to have a look inside, he opened the 2 cars I was interested in and allowed me to have a test drive. I proceeded to purchase the Megane I initially came to view. Brian was very laid back and didn't make me feel any pressure at all, he was very informative about the purchase options and was clear when answering questions I had. I have received good after care since receiving the car and will return in the future! Thanks Brian for the good service, a very good down to earth salesman.
Just changed my car for the second time with CDW Stirling. Their service is faultless - Graham was my salesman. He asked what I was looking for, sourced the car best for my needs, traded in the old one for a good price and bingo - I drove the 'new' car away the same day. It had only done 16,500 miles and was in great condition. If you are thinking of using CDW, use this one...not all have the same great sales service, as I discovered first time round! Add to that, they are beside Honda, and Honda does all the vehicle checks/serving etc - it's a no brainer not to go to CDW Stirling.
Bought a used car here and the garage, especially Ross, couldn't have been more helpful or friendly. As I was travelling some distance to see the car, a video was taken, explained and copies of the various services completed emailed to me. When I finally arrived to pick up the car, I was greeted at the railway station and driven to the garage to collect it. Nothing was too much trouble for them. It is so refreshing to deal with a company that provides great customer service. I will be recommending them to family and friends. Thank you for a great car buying experience.
