My mini convertible was water leaking in the boot. I called Douglas park Stirling to book a appointment to check my car. After diagnosis, they called and said will replace boot lid/ tailgate weatherstrip and treat roof with treatment to waterproof will sort out the problem. This cost £1044.04. After a month the job done end of Nov 2022, my mini's soft top roof became porous. The roof was severe soaked. The water soaks through the fabric and headlining and this cause serious condensation and mould in the car. The Mini condition were worse than before. I called Douglas park Stirling explained the car condition and they said at that moment was very busy. Thus I need to wait till Jan 2023 to investigation the problem and will be charge investigation fees.  The staff mentioned that I can go somewhere else to fix car if can't wait that long for the appointment. This is impossible as the car was repair by Douglas Park Stirling, then of course it's their responsibility to get it done properly.  I cover my mini's soft top with waterproof hood until the diagnosis date 9/1/2023. After few hours I bring my car in, they called and said the whole soft top roof need to change and this will cost another £2400. This is ridiculous as the soft top has been damaged while it was at Douglas Park garage. Thus should fix it back without charging again and it should be warrant it will remain free of defects in workmanship for a period of 3 months from the date of work is completed This is stated at the back of the invoice. After a day, the aftersale manager, Stuart called and explained that they had done their part and blame the leaking porous roof is because the soft top is aging. Yes, I agreed the roof is aging 15 years old and only done 32000 miles or might be poor workmanship, but why don't you tell me at the beginning! You guys are the professional mechanic, I'm not. I spend £1k for repair, you can't fix the problem and now only you told me the roof is aging. Stuart only offer will not charge the investigation fees and ask me to pick up the car as soon as possible. On the day I picked up the car, David was very helpful as he listened to my complaint but there's nothing he can do as he's not the manager. I emailed complain letter to Douglas park stirling and also MINI UK but no response from them. Is this the way Douglas park wishes to conduct business with customers?

Had my car in at Stirling BMW yesterday for some service work to be carried out, excellent service and constant updates throughout the day to keep me informed of progress.  Stuart & Duncan could not have been more helpful when booking the car in and David took considerable time during the handover and collection of the vehicle to ensure that everything was fully explained and the work was carried out to my entire satisfaction.  A very pleasant experience and everything possible was done to minimise any inconvenience.  I would highly recommend this dealership for any service work, could not be better.

We called to arrange to see a car. An hour later they called asking for a deposit to hold the car as someone else was interested. We paid. We arrive at the agreed time and they have SOLD the car. Nit even a call to let us know. We drive 60 miles round trip for no reason and they couldn’t have cared less.

Great service at this branch. Car booked in for a service and staff exceptionally helpful and professional.  Very nice waiting area with tea and coffee on tap. Everything carried out in a good timescale and car returnef to me washed and hoovered. Thoroughly recommended.

If this branch put 50% worth of effort into dealing with aftersales problems like they do the actual sale they would be great.  Extremely nice during the sale, afterwards you are left to feel like you are a hassle.  I have ended up driving my new car for almost a year illegally due to some paperwork not completed by the sales team. If you buy from them make sure everything has been made official yourself.

Salesperson was very efficient and the whole purchasing of the car was a simple process. However they failed to point out some bad damage to the paintwork on the walk round video they have promised to repair this, and also the infotainment unit was faulty which they also said they will fix. This is an inconvenience and extra expense I could do without and it has ruined the excitement of owning my first BMW. It will be interesting to see if I'm offered a gesture of good will or not.  UPDATE Changed from 3 to 5 stars. They sorted everything that was wrong. Paintwork is immaculate and they managed to do it all without me having to go out of my way or do anything. Now I can enjoy many miles of happy motoring. Thanks to all who helped out at the Stirling branch.

Had car serviced today very happy with service received, also Heather who took care of me today was excellent no complaints at all.

Bought a new bmw 3 series from Douglas Park bmw Stirling last week,absolutely amazing service from Connor Moran,Johnie,Johnathan,Mark and the lovely lassies on the front desk but especially Connor Moran who went above and beyond to help me,he couldn’t have done anymore for me,without doubt the best and friendliest staff iv ever dealt with,absolutely delighted with the new car,10/10 to parks bmw Stirling,thank you again.would definitely 100% recommend them

I just purchased a Series 3 BMW from Douglas Park at the weekend. Everyone I came into contact with was so helpful. In particular, Peter Coyle and Chris Ferguson. I have always wanted a BMW however felt like it was out of my price range. After a quick look in Douglas Park BMW last week, I was astonished to be made exceptionally welcome and shown a car in my price range. I was shown great professionalism from all staff I have come into contact with and I could not recommend enough.

Had occasion to visit this branch to buy brake wear sensor leads genuine BMW parts insanely expensive but got great service from Gary in parts department
