Huge thanks to Kerry ! We went in a few weekends back to the Stirling vw branch, test drive and deposit done on first visit and less than a week later all paperwork done and dusted and ready to drive away ! Communication was excellent even with my work schedule meaning I was a little in reachable in work hours.nnIf your looking for someone who won't pressure you , has a clear level of communication and seems to have a real joy in helping you find a car you really like I recommend Kerry!
Picked up my second t-roc convertible last week and cannot tell you how pleased I was, once again, with the whole experience. Kerry has restored my faith in car dealers, absolutely no question. She was organised, efficient, knowledgeable and good- humoured at every stage of the purchase. Nothing was too much trouble. She quite simply puts the customer , the customer’s needs and personality front and centre. And - most important of all for me - she returns your calls!nI am delighted and cannot thank her enough.
We’ve just bought our sons first car from Arnold Clark Volkswagen Stirling.. we were dealing with Kerry Maddock who went above and beyond to ensure everything run smoothly, she’s fantastic. Service and staff are all lovely and they made my son’s first car experience a great one.
Amazing experience and customer service! We purchased our VW from Gavin, who was fantastic, patient, knowledgeable and helped us with all the paperwork and trading in our Fiesta. The whole team were really nice and helpful. Great range of cars too. Excited to now have our new car! Thanks again Gavin excited to come back for our next car in a few years!!
Professional friendly service by Martin Kennedy, pleasant young guy to deal with. The full experience went smoothly. Martin even collected us from Stirling train station when we came up to collect the car and came in on his day off to finalise the paperwork. Arnold Clark VW Stirling employee of the month he should be! Very pleased customers.
