Atrocious communication. Zero attempt to reach out to keep customer informed with progress of vehicle. Had to chase up incessantly for information, like getting blood from a stone. Promise of call backs not delivered, assurances of completion of work by agreed dates not achieved. Inability to effectively communicate between garage and manufacturer and insolent attitude when pressed for simple vehicle diagnosis to be passed forward to manufacturer to grant courtesy car. Without vehicle for 3 months in total. Won’t be back to Arnold Clark Citroen in Stirling ever. Do not recommend!

Very bad customer service, I sent my car for regular service and after one month the light on dashboard came back for overdue service, called them and arranged new appointment, the light sorted, but told me your car need change some parts when the parts ready we will contact you soon, and now two months and nothing from them.nI don’t recommend it at all, staff very rude.

I not usually the person to be like this but bought a brand new Peugeot 208 here back in 2015 never had an issue with it since I left the place, Last week a oil warning was popping on and off really fast looked it up on the forms just to see what it could be and it is an very common issue with the car plenty of people have the same issue when it hits 50000 miles so I phoned today to see what was the next step was as it is such a common fault, was told they wanted 150 to look at it I think this is absolutely shocking as they have sold me a faulty product knowing I would be back when the car had hit that fresh hold of 50000 miles to then be told looking at the forms is like googling a cold ? Terrible customer service would not recommend going here at all

Louise from servicing has been excellent and attentive during our service process.nnUnfortunately we booked our car in for service and recalls but only servicing done and due to the amount of time for a round trip to the garage, as it’s one of two in Scotland now for DS, we had to wait another few days for recalls to be done as there wasn’t any point wasting money on more required trips.nnAfter trying to get a hold of the service department from Tuesday to Thursday, and leaving multiple messages with reception and sales advisers, a senior service adviser responded on Friday and told us the car was going in on Saturday morning for the recalls which were done.nnI was slightly disappointed that on two occasions we asked for the service manager to call us back to discuss the options available to us as we had no response from the service department and this was not done, and when the service manager finally did call us back it was to discuss our service review which shows to us that they only respond when a bad review is given.nnThese three stars are for Louise who has been great from start to finish and I would give more however given the circumstances it’s not been  great experience.nnI think more time needs to be taken by the management team both for the Dealership and the Service Department to look at calls waiting to be returned by both themself and their team.nnIn the future, although we do have a service plan, we will look at other garages for servicing and not continue to use this DS retailer, and it is a shame as I was looking at trading in my current vehicle and upgrading to a larger model but after this I don’t feel it suitable to enquire further about this.
