I have used Kilgannon Motors several times now, and can only give them 100% praise. The customer service and attention to detail is something many Big name garages could learn from. Keep up the good work folks

Shogun in for a service, MOT and repair of a broken window wiper linkage. Slight delay after problems identified with rear brakes but was still absolutely impressed with the service (i hadnt noticed the dragging feeling of a ceased caliper but who would;)) . No probs using my own uprated parts, pick up and drop off with a replacement car (of sorts;)), video feedback during work and clarity from the start. Went straight back with another car. I'd been putting off drop links, pads and discs but the car became undrivable... Phoned 0830, collected 0930, fixed and delivered back same day. Admittedly not a complex prob, but still excellent service again! Limping a bit over price but still much cheaper than main dealer and the quality of the parts used and service provided all balances up. Delphi's arent cheap but certainly do the job! (wouldve preferred brembos but on the ugly bus, not so much.) Keep up the good work folks.

Brilliant customer service from initial contact through to completion. Transparent in how they approach the work with realistic timescales and kept fully informed about progress. Their priority was my safety! Would recommend and will definitely be back!

Kilgannon motors avoid like the plague!! Total rip off and vastly overpriced. They had my Lexus 220 for 9 days, 1st time i picked the car up there was oil & greese over the carpets and they refused to pay for a valeter and got his own guys to clean it. They scratched the wing, used half a tank of deisel, i took the car back to them 3 times because it kept breaking down, after the 3rd time he (Jamie, the boss) more or less told me not to come back and they charged me £800. When i went to pick the car up it wouldnt start. The following day the car broke down in Alloa and it has been off the road ever since and this is since June, i've lost my job because i couldnt get to work. He knows how to take your money but he cant fix a car so please please if you value your money do not go to this garage because he will take as much money off you as he can. RIP OFF GARAGE!

I can not recommend this place enough. I went to get some tyres changed and as I stepped through the door the customer service was second to none... Straight away they knew what I was in for as I had booked through black circles and even though they didn't have to, they gave my car a diagnostic to expose any underlying faults. From then on, I explained how I needed to get some major work done such as the timing belt and told them I was using the main dealer. This is when you realise that the main dealers are there to make life hard and expensive. Not only did they manage to make a booking 3 days in advance they also did the jobs at 1/3 of the price and a whole day quicker. Unfortunately these small businesses don't have the budget to advertise so it's this customer satisfaction that keeps the work coming. Once again, if you want a professional, quick, trustworthy service then take you're vehicle here.
