Most amazing service From Gavin one of the sales team. This is my second Dacia Duster a Bi-fuel model this time. From Arnold Clarks Stirling Dacia. The process was smooth and officiant, I was kept informed and the car was beautifully presented on the day. I would highly recommend a Dacia Duster model, The garage and more importantly the salesperson Gavin.
I decided to buy my first car through Arnold Clark. Straightaway, I was made to feel very welcome by all the staff. I sat with Gavin, a product consultant within Renault and we discussed the finer details of what car I would like to buy. Gavin shown me plenty of options and gave me information about each car in great detail. After deciding on the car, the process of securing the car was incredibly easy. Gavin was very good in keeping me up to date and sorting out the paperwork. It was a stress free process! The manager Gary thanked me for the business and to call if I had an issues or queries in the future. I highly recommend this service and specifically this branch for anyone looking for a new car.
Last August we bought a car through them. I was very happy with the attention and service , a big shout out to Harry, he was very helpful and most accomodating in guiding us through the buying process and to offer support. It is my second purchase at an Arnold Clark garage and when I collected the car I was impressed by the quality and care that the car had been given. Although is second hand I feel it is like a new car! And I loved my little present. Just the right size coffee cup!
First time dealing with Arnold Clark Stirling and first ever new new car. Gavin Weir was excellent and is a credit to his firm. Everything was clearly set out, nothing was left to chance and all communications were quick, honest and thoughtful. Have had some iffy service from other AC dealerships but the hard work and dedication of all at AC Stirling Dacia and Gavin in particular have completely renewed my faith in the firm. My new car is everything I’d hoped for and more!

Throughout the entire process from enquiry right through to driving away with my almost new Hyundai, I was very impressed with the attention to detail by everyone I spoke to at Arnold Clark Renault/Hyundai, Stirling. I live a considerable distance from the branch so was 'buying blind', so the detailed video & photos they kindly sent me were superb and enabled me to commit to buying with confidence. Can't fault any aspect of the buying experience and I am particularly grateful to the sales advisor 'Chloe' for her product knowledge and patience. Based on my experience, I have no hesitation in giving a 5 star review and recommending this branch of Arnold Clark to any prospective vehicle buyer. Hope to see you again in the future.
We have bought 4 cars from Stirling Renault/Dacia. The service has been excellent. Honest, upfront and extremely helpful. Gavin Weir in particular was a superb advertisement for the company. He was approachable, steadfastly honest and gave us an excellent deal in all situations.
From the moment we walked into the showroom, to the moment we picked up the car, the service from John McDade has been amazing. Great knowledge of the product, very relaxed approach, really attentive, interested and kept us in the loop at all times throughout the process. Cannot praise him highly enough. He has made buying our new car an absolute pleasure. Will buy from him again. Also a massive thank you to Liam for taking the time to talk us through the many gadgets on the new car.
Ross Finlay at Stirling Renault/Hyundai was very helpful in taking us through the whole process. He was extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer all our questions fully. All the staff were friendly and the showroom welcoming. We were very happy with our deal and would highly recommend this branch.
Picked up our new car in August, waited a couple months to review in case of any issues - absolutely none. Can't fault the service or any of the extremely helpful staff. Massive thanks to Gavin who was only too happy to answer our 18672 questions and make sure we were fully comfortable with the sale before and after.
