The whole experience from start to 'Finish' I'm still yet to receive a 2nd set of keys has been completely unsatisfactory. There have been numerous issues with getting the car ready and moving it to my requested Arnold Clark showroom as part of their 'click and collect' service. I have had to chase up my sales representative and their manager in order to progress the sale of the car. I shouldn't have needed to ring and email in order to get simple progress updates. When I did manage to get in contact I was provided inaccurate information and timelines. It effectively felt like I was being fobbed off and not valued as a customer. I have had dealings with other branches and had no issues, only positive experiences. It is a shame that the apparent ineptitude of one branch has provided such a negative experience.
Huge thanks to Harvey for helping us buy our new car. Such a pleasure to deal with. No fuss with a lovely, laid back and friendly attitude which made us feel comfortable and confident in buying from Arnold Clark. All issues were dealt with and sorted and we were kept updated throughout. So far so good. The car itself was clean, inside and out apart from a wee chip and a pound coin which we found and have found no other issues so far. Happy customer.

Had the car I wanted, gave me a decent trade in, preppd the car in no time, took care of the paperwork. Went back for help with a few functions I couldn't get to grips with, they demonstrated in minutes. Happy bunny.

Derek Mccrae provided excellent service. Professional and efficient, drove away the same day. I definitely recommend and car is immaculate. Will definitely be a returning customer in a few years, for a 4th time!
Recently purchased a brand new corse from Derek Mcrae the service was superb and the staff were kind and always happy to awnser any questions. Bought my new car last week. Derek sold me my car. The service from Derek was excellent! Great customer service. I received a video before I picked up the car and I thought that was a great idea. Andy took me on my test drive. Andy was excellent on showing me how the car worked on the test drive, he was very polite and had good customer service.
