appalling. You make an appointment for an appointment for an appointment. If you have a quick question for the doctor, do not expect an answer---- what you get is this. "Yes, we'll take your number" and then they never ever get back to you. And when you ask them why a call did not eventuate, you get told off and told that "we don't make calls" and "its up to you to come here and get the information". Its all pot luck. We have also concerns about the attention to care and will be pursuing concerns with arbitration. This is NOT a good surgery. Not well managed.
