Dr Ball is a amazing Dr and need more Drs like him and Dr Neuguin (sorry if i spelt his/your name wrong) I give those two Drs a five star. But when going to reception theay can be a litte bit rude and some of them treat you like a idiot.The Pharmacy is a total waste of time you have to wait to get your Tabs or when you orded it early it is still late. The parking is a Nightmare. It is like a flock of Sheep. But worth it when you have Dr Ball and Neuign.

The ladies behind the help desk are rude and have poor customer service. Pharmacy never get your prescription on time. Parking is a nightmare. But there are some real good doctors there.Just a shame you get passed around them all and your not assigned a doctor.

Some of the Doctors are great and some dont really give off good energy. Dr Ahmad, Dr Eslava and Dr Ball are nice doctors to go see. Although Dr Ahmad has left unfortunately. She was nice and had time for you. The previous review about not enough 'english' doctors is completely irrelevent. Just because one isnt English doesnt mean they are unfriendly. Typical human.

Limited English Dr's who are very rarely available to book an appointment with, the Pharmacy either hands out the wrong medication, or doesn't hand it out! My advice to anybody wishing to use this surgery, should look elsewhere, if they're looking for a good service with respect to looking after their health needs, this place is NOT! fit for purpose, (I have been a patient of this practice for 30+ years, & believe me it has gone from bad to worse!)
