Fantastic service! The staff are professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They made me feel at ease throughout the whole procedure. I would recommend this clinic to others.
Great experience from start to finish. Very happy with the service I received. The staff were very kind and explained everything thoroughly.
Mixed. Some staff are fantastic but some are really poor and dismissive - they do have good staff though so if you’re concerned about anything simply ask for another member of staff.
Had my lips done for the first time here with 1ml. Was not a nice experience as I was left with the numbing cream on for 20 mins and was on my own for that time which made me more nervous More importantly, I have also got 2 lumps in my upper lip and have had them ever since, it was almost 2 years ago and the lumps are still visible today. It was also incredibly expensive compared to other treatments I’ve had elsewhere result and experience have been much better elsewhere for less cost! would never return here and have Warned people not to go here. There are much better places in Shrewsbury.
