I am looked after by the Velindre cancer Center and this evening had my first experience with Shropdoc as having PCV chemo and have a pain so they wanted me to be assessed by a local GP. The service was excellent. My GP drove from Brecon to visit me and immediately put me at ease with his excellent bedside manner. All you want from the NHS is to feel safe and he did just that. Thank you for your time Doctor.

Was a little concerned after surgery because I found blood coming through the dressing. A call to the 111 line and few details later, I was called back and given some advice and talked through changing the dressing and things to look out for. Excellent service ☺

Brilliant service. Extremely polite and very helpful staff. Took all details, passed info onto doctor who rang me back. Again, fantastic. She listened carefully and faxed prescription to emergency chemist (it was easter Sunday) who sadly were not open even though they said they were. Spoke to shropdoc again and they faxed prescription to chemist who was open. Excellent.
