Always struggled to get appointments within a week (usually waiting three weeks). Just had my son's 6 week nursery check cancelled 2 hours before the alotted times (baring in mind he is now 8 weeks old as this is the earliest they could fit him in, even though we rang when he was 4 weeks old). I will be moving myself and my family to another GP, i have never had the treatment or time i feel we as patients deserve and i will not be recommending the practice to anybody else. Some drastic changes are required.

You go to the doctors for help. O no not these doctors. They tell you what’s wrong and say we don’t do that treatment here, but I can give you a number where you can go and pay for it to be done and letting me know it won’t be cheap.
