All I can say is DISAPPOINTING. My partner saw Dr Paul after a 9 week illness that has seen him loose weight, suffer with disorientation and many more symptoms and because he hasn’t got pneumonia she has told him to......her words exactly ”persevere”. I believe that 9 weeks has shown that he has indeed persevered!  I cannot believe this doctors surgery has become so incompetent especially after being made aware of these red flag symptoms. She hasn't even informed him of what medication to take, if any. Zero compassion was shown and she definitely hasn't made every contact count with my partner. We will both be changing doctors surgeries because of this, and furthermore, we would recommend that anyone reading this review follow suit if they want to receive the care that they both deserve, and pay for.

Absolutely horrific at answering the phone- I phoned 6 times through the morning and 6 time it rang for over 4/5 minutes before I had to give up. I wouldn’t mind but it was urgent and it’s just not on at all and this is not the first time I’ve had this problem with this surgery. So now I’ve had to wait for shropdoc who are much more reliable!

I wish people would stop moaning about this surgery and be grateful that we live in a country where medical care is free. Yes, it may take a while to get through to them, there are queues sometimes and you will only have 15 minutes to speak to a nurse or doctor, however they are trying their best under challenging circumstances and always have your best interests at heart. I've always found the receptionists to be happy and smiley, even at the end of the day, and I trust that any doctor I see will make accurate and appropriate decisions. All of the GPs are excellent and even the locum I saw recently was very good. I have been a member of this surgery nearly all my life and have always felt well looked after.

Tried rining at 08.32 make an appointment, only to be met with an automated greeting saying they're not open until 08.30...

Sums up this medical center quite well!

Absolute waste of time!! what is the point in booking an appointment if you have to wait over an hour every time!! worst doctors surgery in Shrewsbury fact! worst google reviews ive ever seen! must be ashamed whoever runs it! awful!!
