Trying to phone for an appointment is a farce!! Been engaged for about 10 mins then when it seems like you're getting through at last it tells you the number is temporarily unavailable 😠 not only is making an appointment here hard once you have one even if you turn up on time for your appointment you are sat for a minimum of an hour in the waiting room before you get seen and half the time there is no apology for the wait from the doctor!! I am changing my doctors as soon as I possibly can because this place is not worth the stress!!!

Lovely friendly practice. Yes, lines are busy but staff go out of their way to help you.

made an appointment on phone date given me 4march at 1020 when i arrived at the surgery there was no appointment listed so that was a wasted trip I think the reception is very slack and needs to be improved as soon as possible
