When first joining this practice, the service was lovely. Since changes to the hierarchy or policies of staff I have experienced nothing but problems with my medication that I’d been on for years - for real and chronic medical reasons - due to either certain doctors having sudden personal/biased issues with said medication, or because they think it healthier to constantly alter prescriptions be it in dosage or another less effectual as opposed to maintaining a patient’s physical and emotional wellbeing by permitting them to remain on the medication that works best for them, which would in turn be less harmful rather than constantly altering their brain chemistry and bodily hormones.nnMany doctors have become rude or outright unhelpful, and the receptionists bar one are a different story when it comes to discourtesy. Speaking to a few others I know to frequent this surgery, I am not the only one having these unnecessary, avoidable complications. Unwell and/or chronically ill patients deserve BETTER as opposed to being so disgustingly shunned by those who’re meant to provide a duty of care, irrespective of these caregivers’ private philosophies.
I can't fault anything. Been for a few blood tests and appointments since moving here from the black country. Everyone I've met so far has been professional and friendly, saw Dr Lees today who was amazing, Thank you.
Cheryl the receptionist is the most rude, obnoxious person I’ve possibly ever come across. Doesn’t let you speak, doesn’t want to do the job she’s employed to do and thinks she knows better about the patients concerns rather than the actual patient themselves, constantly speaks over you, puts you on hold half way through TRYING to speak when you finally get the chance and refused to give her name three times when asked, to avoid probably another complaint about her attitude.nnSurgery has completely gone down hill, refuse to give appointments out, when booked online they get booked with the incorrect person for weeks in advance and when calling reception they wont let you rearrange for another doctor or sooner appointment.nnWhen you actually manage to get an appointment, the doctors are helpful.nnThe receptionists apart from Barbra who’s actually really helpful and understanding are useless and entitled, especially Cheryl, she should be sacked or demoted to a roll which requires no human interaction as she’s clearly not capable of speaking to patients in the correct manor and doesn’t want to do the job she’s paid for anyway.
Linden hall has been absolutely first class with my wife & myself. The doctors and receptionists have been lovely & so helpful. The new booking system is brilliant. Thank you so much
Impossible to book an appointment over the phone. If you do happen to get through to a receptionist it often won't be a pleasant experience; they are unempathetic and come across as rude. Out of the five times I've needed a doctor since being registered here I've had two very unpleasant experiences with the receptionsists, both of which left me upset and displeased. The doctors themselves were very helpful on the occasions that I managed to get an appointment. Parking can be appalling. Don't register here.
