Happy enough to give a good sales pitch but shocking trade in prices, advert is full of false claims, I was promised a full mot, a service and a valet got nothing. Car is now full of fault codes and regretting dealing with this garage and took the shine of trying to upgrade my car. Check over any cars here thoroughly and make sure you get what they offer you. Dont get stung like I did!!
Car handed over in A1 condition exactly as promised,good honest PX price for my old vehicle great guys to deal with too other family members have purchased here with similar experience's.

Excellent service from start to finish. Saw car I liked on Autotrader and rang Blaydon to see if still there, had test drive, given an excellent price for my car, date given when MOT would be done by. First class service would definitely recommend to friends and family could not fault them at all.

Saw a car advertised on auto trader rang up enquiring and given good info & detail about the cars history. The next day i viewed the car on the forecourt & spoke to the manager face to face & was given plenty time to look over the car without pressure. Once I decided to buy they prepared the car within one day and even delivered it to my home which was very convenient ! Where do you start.i bought an x type Jag from this garage a few months ago now. The customer service is outstanding the car came with full one years MOT,it was serviced,I had a choice of having the alloys refurbished to any colour I wanted, remote batteries where exchanged for new and they even put twenty pounds of fuel in. I nearly bought a car from another garage round the corner,but after reading the reviews I am glad I didn't as their customer service didn't exist.just waiting for the eldest son to pass his test so I can purchase another vehicle from Stella.
Couldnt be more happier with the vehicle i purchased and the customer service i received from Jimmy. Saw the car online phoned up to see if it was still available turned up a few days later and drove away with a big smile ;- Thank you so much. Happy Motoring
