The reason I gave 8 out of 10 to recomend We Buy Any Car is that the price you pay is significantly less that someone would rake if sold directly. If money is not an issue for the sale just wait and sell it at a better price.
Total waste of my time. Booked an appointment for 10.10 and when I arrived the shop was locked up and no one there. Waited 20 mins while calling them but no one picked up. Total waste of my time. I had reconfirmed the appointment that morning and nobody had told me that my appointment wouldn’t be going ahead
Great experience in selling my car today. Very professional handling and instant payment.
Worst place ever, you get a quote than you miss the appointment when you do the quote again is depreciated 20% because they think you're desperate I rather burn the car with my own hand than give to you guys.
Had a surprisingly good experience given that we knew we were selling our car for less than we wanted. Process was very smooth and professional, no hassle. Glad these guys exist for situations when you need your car gone. Note the phone number on google is incorrect, go through website instead.
Poor service from the guys here. Avoid Cricklewood branch and go to another We Buy Any Car near you as they may be a bit more respectful and not have a bad attitude. I don't even know why I bothered the other week taking my other car for a valuation here, the guy in the cabin just didn't seem bothered. Last year I took my car to this place and was offerred a good valuation initially. As soon as you get there they start dropping the valuation drastically which is a complete waste of time. I saw another customer get offerred £50 and he was like you got to be joking can get more by scrapping. They started my valuation at £775 then dropped to £50 due to an engine rev test which I declared. He kept saying the way it is right now you'd only get £50 I was like I knew I wouldn't. Then the guy said I can give you £475 if you give me £100 in cash up front as a favour to putting this through on thr system so realistically I'd be getting £375 if I handed the car over there and then. He said I'm doing you a favour so you can do me a favour in return £100 cash. At that point I thought this is too much and was put off as I thought something here is dodgy. I would avoid going here getting car valued and if you do make sure you do your research beforehand on what your car is worth.
They told me before do not trust what you hear , try it yourself and see, so I have seen today what a company they are , if you would like to get almost half price of your car than the online price they have offered you then go for this company and make sure you will get almost half of the amount they have offered you , the worst company ever
They made us wait around for half a day to say that they wouldn't buy our van as they weren't happy that where we'd originally purchased was a 'proper dealership', even after we showed them the invoice and where about we had bought it,
Totally disappointed! In their website you receive an recommend price, under market value anyway, but when you get there the guys are dropping the given price by at least £1000 - £1500 for minor scratches which suppose to be deducted from the initial reduced estimate. I totally agree they are trying to make money...but not ripping customers off! Do not recommend! It is a shame of company! Stay away if possible !!!
