What a pleasant change from the main dealers. I have been dealing with Jacob & Tony  on the purchase of my new car and found them courteous, informative and not pushy in any way. 
Picked the car up as planned a week later and have been very pleased indeed.

I bought a ML a few weeks ago without seeing it from them, as I trusted a retail MB seller that it would be cleaned, and fully checked over. I am very un happy with the presentation / condition of the car. So all I would say is do not buy blind. See it first then any problems can be sorted out. so I have learnt my lesson.

Spoke to Tony who was punctual and polite. Had a few telephone conversations first where he kept me up to date. Whilst I was deciding whether or not to make the purchase, the garage reduced the price due to it being older stock. Tony called me straight away to let me know and see if I was interested.  When I went to view the car, he explained all the functions and went through the process very clearly and quickly. Also had a really relaxed and lovely conversation with Tony and Adam whilst we were going through the paperwork, which I really enjoyed.  I was hoping to get more for my part exchange and also had to pay £50 for 5 day insurance. This was cheaper with other garages so I was hoping that it would be less. The tank was also empty and I had hoped to negotiate around this; they gave me a small amount but it wasn't like for like as I part exchanged a car with a near full tank.   However,  overall the service was good and I am very happy with my purchase.

Best service I’ve received they make you feel at home, the vehicles are exactly as described and the prices are really good they also had lovely packages
