Excellent service from the team at Warrington Audi as always. We have purchased several cars previously and always had great service. We are really happy with our new q2.nWe asked for privacy glass and a rear camera to be fitted and that was done very quickly prior to us picking up the car.nEvery member of staff has been Professional, knowledgeable and polite. We bought an RS3 from Warrington Audi in 2020, our PCP was due up so we definitely knew we wanted another Audi, Adam Fleetwood arranged for us to test drive an RS5 and the new RS3, we settled on the new RS3.nFrom start to finish Adam was great to deal with answering all our questions, and went above and beyond to get us the best possible deal. We are absolutely delighted with the new car, and no doubt in our minds we will be back at Warrington Audi in another few years buying from them again.nThanks Michael & Sarah.
Would never ever use this garage again. Sold me an S3, which I then took into my local Audi to find it had been remapped so not under warranty, had missing wheel bolts, a snapped tyre valve, worn tyres, passenger door would not lock & wing mirror would not fold. I was made to feel like this was my fault and the employees did not sound shocked in any way that they had sold me a car in such a state. The car was unsafe to drive. I waisted a lot of time driving to & from the Audi centre as it was 4.5 hours away from me however I thought this would be a great car. It was not. I didn’t even have the car two weeks. I understand mistakes happen however the customer service I received is disgusting. Sales assistants are great however once you have purchased the car the communication is awful. I have now returned the car and received my refund for the deposit paid and finance cancelled however they have refused to compensate me for the log book that they lost and I had to pay for, the fuel wasted, the money waisted on insuring the car etc. I would avoid Audi Warrington at all costs. They state that the car undergoes extensive checks however this is a lie because the car they sold me should have never left the showroom. I would never trust using them again.
I purchased an Audi A1 over the last week from Warrington Audi and what a positive experience it was. As a younger driver I was a little apprehensive about the process but I felt at ease straight away by the amazing sales executive Darrell Carne that I had.nDarrell understood what I wanted, spoke through the numbers in a simple way. He was never pushy but supported me to find a way to come away with the car I really wanted. It was a quick turn around in getting my car and within those days prior, Darrell kept in touch via calls and emails. He went through everything with me on the day and it was a really enjoyable experience overall. The Audi dealership at Warrington takes the stress away and I would absolutely recommend them! Thank you so much again and thank you Darrell.
Awful service. Bought car in March and still havent got second key. Call and the only people picking up are the poor sales team. Waiting for call to get key synched. Really disappointed Needs a good review of customer service
