Having spent the last six months looking for a new used car I went up to Audi having seen a couple of Q5s which seemed to fit my search criteria. After discussing with Richard he quickly explained all the differences in the specifications which helped me to decide which one to opt for. After a quick test drive the deal was done. Part exchanged my car in the process. The whole end to end process was made very smooth and hassle free. I would certainly recommend buying your next car from this Audi dealership.

Excellent services from Paul, Mark and Darrell. They made my wife and son feel very welcome, as usual. Great work from all of the support staff as well, as they make the experience work. We buy all of our vehicles from here and shall continue to do so.
Brilliant service over the past 4 years fully recommend getting a car here, staff always friendly and helpful. Brilliant car choices and services offered. Test drives are available to get a good feel for the cars. Good affordable plans. Will continue to used Audi.
Well what to say ! if I could give no stars I would as they don’t deserve 1 star Dropped our car off at 9:30 this morning as arranged and had to wait all day for them to MOT and service it There is little or no point in telling customers to bring their cars in first thing in the morning if you have no intention of even looking at them till after 3pm in the afternoon The service which we have received today is nothing short of diabolical. You clearly do not have any consideration For your customers and I will definitely think twice before returning Feel free to contact me regarding this and do not respond with we are grateful for you feedback like you do with all the other reviews you get Mark & Eileen Jones I called the dealership on the number you provided but you were not available left my number for you to call me back still not heard from you Mr Webb says it all really doesn’t it ‍
I’ve dealt with Chris Doyle on the new car team. He’s been brilliant. Effortless help and made everything go smoothly. Regular updates. Exceeded all expectations and made the whole process enjoyable and fun. GO SEE CHRIS.
The whole buying process was made very smooth. Shiraz is very knowledgeable, helpful and clearly focused on customer satisfaction. He was very attentive to my concerns and answered all my questions and reassured me that I came to the right place to buy my car.
