"Rix Motors Car Dealership is a family Run Business located in Warrington, Cheshire. Established in Warrington in 1996, started by Reg Rix Senior then followed by his two sons, Henry & Charles in 2006. We stock over 700 cars at any one time. All Makes & Models are available , condition is the main factor for us as all our cars are hand-picked. We have over 80% repeat custom and strive to look after our valued customers. We offer a home delivery service, the option to take any car or bike in part exchange and offer finance packages to suit your budget. The majority of our cars are ready to drive away on the same day and Im sure when you visit our newly refurbished dealership you will be extremely pleased with the whole experience."

We had an excellent experience selling our car to this company even though our car wasn’t in a good order when we did the part exchange. We had few problems with it in and James was pleasant and so helpful and explained everything about our car and what was the selling price. Everything went well in which we managed to sell our old ride in the end. James is a great salesman who sorted us out to get our new ride. He was very helpful and knowledgeable in answering all of our questions. Very genuine and passionate about his work. More than willing to help us find the best vehicle, specifically tailored to our needs and helped us explore various options for financing. When we mentioned any concerns, he was quick to address them with no hesitation. Very straightforward and didn’t try to hide anything about vehicles, unlike most used lots. Worked with us when the price was a little out of our budget and overall a great guy. Definitely coming back here again. We love our new ride and its so reliable. Thank you! Absolutely blown away with the professionalism of this place! I delt with Johnny one of the managers and I must say, fantastic is an understatement!! Helped me through everything and even spoke to me after working hours. I would highly recommend anyone to try this place out for a new car! Thank you rixs motors for delivering my car within 2 days!
I'd fully recommend Rix Motors to anyone - initially I dealt with a salesperson who was less than helpful with aftersales issues, once I spoke with Scott and the management team, everything was sorted within a matter of days! All of my concerns were addressed, the car was inspected and diagnosed and I was given the choice of using a specialist of my choosing to carry out the work. Rix paid for this to be sorted and the car is now 100%! In my experience it's more telling to see how a reputable company deals with issues, rather than when a sale is issue-free... and on that basis, Rix absolutely excelled. I would not hesitate to buy another car from them and cannot recommend them enough!
Saw this Volvo v90 on line and went to Rix motors to have a browse with my wife. There we met Mike and all the team in the office that were nothing but helpful. After a test drive and an open honest conversation about trade in and purchase price we agreed to buy this beautiful car. Can only advise you to go down and see how you feel without any of that hard sale’s vs the friendly family approach from the team. Many thanks Mike and we will be back again, which is what it is all about.
Just brought a Range Rover sport off rix motors. James Watson was a great help start to finish especially with my work being so busy they delivered my car to me on time so I didn’t have to take any time out from my busy schedule. I was was served by Darren from Rix, he was a stand-up guy, no BS and went out of his way on Christmas Eve Eve to help me find a great car. I didn't end up going with one I previously had on mond but he was able to keep me up to date with other potential cars coming into stock that met my criteria. Great experience, highly recommended
I recently purchased a BMW X3 from RIX. Very clean, low mileage vehicle. Really impressed with it. They gave me a good part exchange price for my car. No haggling required, all staff were great and everything went smoothly. Arranging payment, DVLA changeover Tax etc. Agreed price, and took possession of my new car the following day. Would recommend as a great company to deal with.
As an executive chauffeur business operator, sourcing the right vehicles to suit our client needs is an absolute priority, but as a female business owner in a male dominated industry this can prove challenging. He was nothing but professional, genuine and was a true reflection of what rix motors stands for.
