Giving one star only because giving no stars is not an option. Bought a car from here and within a week had developed stating proplems, the service light was was on and check emissions on. Took it to a local garage and he said that the cam belt deflector need replacing. Return to Junction 9 and they said they would repair. Picked car up and all seemed fine but within an hour of leaving the same problems appeared? I tried phoning, emailing and texting but was getting no reply and when I finally did was told to just bring car in they'll get a mechanic to look at it when they get chance... no timescales or nothing. I bought this car for my to get to work. Absolutely shocking customers service ( just reply to messages) have lost all faith in them to do the job correctly so am getting done elsewhere.
