From the initial call to collection Jason was absolutely fantastic. The customer service alone was best i’d received. The car I purchased had a few minor defects but Jason made sure it was all sorted prior to collection. Already done 1000 miles and i could not be happier. This is the place to look if you’re after your next car.

I bought a car from here a couple of months ago and waited to leave a review. The car was perfect but had a couple of issues - temperature sensor and tpms sensor which occurred just after buying the car. I was told I would be looked after and... They were right. I dropped the car off and had a coffee for the temperature sensor. I took the car back for the tpms, which was a little longer and picked up the same day. I wouldn't hesitate buying another car from here again. Such a pleasant change from your normal garages. You delivered on your promises. Thanks to Jason and Vicky.

Bought a car from them last year started with the minor issues had to take to them three times and after a few days the problem will come again. Still having the issue with my front driver side wheels I was they will get back to me but they never did. That’s not even the worst part. After 8 months of buying the car the engine got seized. It wis still on very low mileage have checked out by the bmw authorised garage there was major work done on my engine which was not mentioned anywhere not was I informed. I called them with it and they said give us the garage number. After they talked to them asked for a week for manager to come back to work. I never received no call from them. I gave them a call and then they just said you’ve had the car for 8 months and you’ve driven it as well we can’t do anything. Had to go with so much trouble just by buying car from them. I would never have bought car in the first place if I new there was work done on the engine. Very disappointed had to go through a lot of mental stress. Possibly will take legal actions as well.

Recently bought a BMW 5 series Touring from Motormill, very pleased with the car condition inside and out and competitively priced.  The overall buying experience was much smoother than expected given the current climate. After sales was excellent, the team even went to the effort of personally delivering a new parcel shelf. Would buy again and recommend to anybody.

Very good used car dealer, do everything right with no squabbling. Cars are good and there is plenty of choice, very close to the Warrington turn off on the M62 as well and so were a doddle to find

AVOID!---Purchased a car within 12 months started having issues, took it back to them whilst was still in warranty, was told nothing wrong with it, a month later car starts breaking down, then was conveniently out of warranty, had to pay £560 For a repair, then a day after I pick the  car up it  breaks down, took it to another garage £110 repair which was caused by a part not fitted properly, and been to various garages since with constant problems, AVOID!!!

Excellent and polite service from Jason from first contact to collecting my new car. No presure and factual information given to all my questions. Jason delivered on every promise he made regarding the preparation of the car. Alround a very plesent experience and I'm delighted with the car..  Thank you.

One star for the initial customer service in selling a car to my partner and buying the old one. However it went down hill from there. Firstly we had to take the car back for minor work to be carried out, after they were finished the fuel cap was open and fuel was missing approx 3ltrs. Secondly the vehicle they bought from my partner and said they would notify the DVLA they took the v5c form to do this. A month later we get a letter advising we have not taxed the vehicle we sold. Motormill did not inform the change in ownership from the DVLA and as a result we have received fines.  Buy and sell your car to them sure but any work or paperwork don't trust them!

We have bought two cars over the past 3 years, had them serviced and MOT with Motormill. About  to trade in one of them for another car with Motormill. Thoroughly recommend buying from here. Excellent team from office to garage. Nothing is too much trouble. Reliable and friendly.  Wide range of excellent condition vehicles to choose from. Go and have a look!
