Awful. The guy who was sat in the showroom would not move from his desk. Was completely disinterested. Loved to answer questions concerning statistics but had zero personality. I even wandered next door to SEAT out of spite and received the exact same kind of service. I do not recommend either place.

So this review is based on my whole experience. I first approached this garage in 2014 and earlier in 2018. I have received a great service with a relax manner with no pushy sales. The car dealer will go through the options and offers along with personal recommendations, like to thank Stuart and Ian and wish I had seen them back in 2014. I have knocked a star off from 5 stars as I didn't get a great service in 2015, but also I wasn't attended to properly by the sales guys in 2014 when I was looking at cars. However the dealership has changed and I am more than happy with the service

Requested a test drive via the Warrington Mazda website. No response. I eventually rang them for an update. I was informed they have a car (MX5) but not with engine size I was interested in, so there was nothing they could do. So that's why they didn't get back in touch.
Umm, how about: 
1. Taking my details for when a car becomes available. So you can follow up a potential customer?
2. Arranging me a test drive of the bigger engine model you already had, because it still would have provided me with the handling, visibility and size feedback I was after?
Do you actually want to sell cars, Mazda Warrington?! Just pathetic customer service.

I have recently purchased my second new CX-5 from Stuart the sales manager at Warrington Mazda. 
Stuart has a relaxed demeanour and is not pushy at all and is very knowledgeable about the whole range of cars. I got a good deal and was kept updated about the delivery date. 
On collection, Stuart gave a very comprehensive run-through of all the controls etc. and we are very pleased with the car. 
I know from experience with my previous car that after-sales and servicing is efficient and professional and I have no hesitation in recommending Warrington Mazda.
