I dealt with Ben. I must say what a fantastic experience. Ben found me a car I wanted as I only wanted the colour I'd set my heart on. Figures   came out better than I thought and Ben said he asked for a good deal from his manager knowing my budget was limited. Ben bought me a delivery gift which was in the boot when he unveiled the car, he bought some toys for my dog, I was amazed as we had only discussed my pet a few times during the sale. Thank you  and I will be back in 3 years for another car. XX

Previously I have always had great service from LightCliffe.. However, this last time I left my car with them and waited just shy of a week for any answer on diagnostics, despite ringing daily to ask what was going on. I appreciate that my car needed a water pump change, but this took about two weeks to complete. No offer of a courtesy car, and very poorly updated.. Not like the previous high standard of care offered during my previous visits. Very disappointed and will be looking elsewhere at another registered Skoda garage for future work.

I now use ATC Warrington. I know the filters will be changed and I want be charged an arm and a leg. Just checked the reviews listed and Skoda staff are posting excellent reviews. Not very trustworthy.

excellent personal service at it best from Richard in part exchange/buying new vehicle...followed by contact phone call checking everything was as it should be one month later....Thank you...highly recommended.

There are some genuinely nice and friendly staff at this dealership - Josh and Neal for instance. Unfortunately, there are also some genuine weasels too, like Jamie.

Purchase orders that change between the time you order the vehicle and when you pick it up; promises that aren't kept and truly shocking customer "service" may be experienced: Do yourself a favour, don't take the risk - there are plenty of other Skoda dealers happy to provide a decent experience.
