No Oil, No problem!?nI’ve been taking my BMW to Halliwell Jones Warrington for years and trusting them with all aspects of my cars maintainence and accepting all recommended services and repairs. This year is the final straw after many disappointments.nThey quizzed me as to which garage maintained my car because there is no oil, the fuel filter was wrong / dry and it was a miracle that the car hadn’t seized. According by to their records the oil hasn’t been changed in seven years when BMW recommend two years.nThe moment I told them that I’ve been paying them to do all my maintenance since the day I bought the car.nSuddenly It’s a computer error, they have been looking after it and changing it all these years.nWhen I then asked why there was no oil, the filter was dry and their technician was shocked at the state of the oil… no reply, no comment. Just silence from them.nI don’t pay a premium price to be fobbed off. Before they ask me to email in my complaint - I have, you haven’t bothered to reply to it.

I took my BMW M440i which i had purchased from Auction with some damage. The dealership was really professional and helpful. They gave me a courtesy car to use whilst carrying out checks and providing estimates on my car. Their service is exceptionally good and i recommend this Dealership. The staff are friendly and polite from the minute you enter and leave. They even washed and polished my car for free. Thank you and look forward to bringing all future vehicles i buy and sell to your dealership for repair work.

Had a wonderful experience yesterday with Elly on used car sales!nWe went to several other car sales yesterday morning but was welcomed by Elly and could not have asked for a more helpful person.nElly is a credit to your team.nThere was also a very helpful gentleman assisting Elly, Paul who was also very nice and down to earth.nnThank you again

Bought a used car from Halliwell-Jones Warrington last week. I hate car shopping but Elly made it a smooth process finding the right car for us. Paul looked after us when we picked the car up and was equally as welcoming taking great care of our little boy.nWe went to a few car showrooms before we went here but the next time we’re looking for a new car, it’ll be the first place we go!nThanks again.

Had my 2 series in for recall work, they couldn’t provide me with a courtesy car so they arranged a courtesy car through Enterprise, yet expected ME to pay for it. How cheeky is that!nRebecca and the service manager clearly have no idea what good customer service looks like,  so the new 2 series we’re buying next month will definitely not be purchased from Halliwell Jones Warrington.
