More than happy with the service we received on an approved used car. Paul was extremely helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Lovely car and exceptional service from start to finish.
We bought a Series 1 from this company last week. From the outset the sales dept namely Jordan was pleasant, professional and courteous. We travelled over 200 miles to trade-in and collect the new vehicle. Time was of the essence and this was respected in the exchange process. No hesitation in recommending this company.
Customer service is always 100%! Needed a part only BMW could supply for the panel on my door, ordered Friday was there Monday morning and managed to fit me in for installation the next week. All very friendly, it’s a pleasure to communicate with them
Took my X5 in for a recall - work was completed well and staff looked after me well no issues.nnThey washed my car following the recall and it is the worst wash job I’ve ever seen, multiple parts not washed, brake callipers still dirty, only half a wheel with tire shine but the worst part is it’s gone from a car with 0 swirl marks to the whole car covered in micro scratches and swirled all over. Very disappointed from main dealer.nnIf you’re taking your car here make sure you don’t get them to wash it if you care about your paintwork because they don’t.
Took my partners car in for a recall on the drivers air bag. The drivers air vent has been broken and has completely come out and when we rang up the reply was “we haven’t touched it”. It was also returned to us with the right indicator not working and the mpg at 17 when it was left with them at 31 mpg. The rang and told us they would need it for another hour so they could clean and valet it… I’m not sure what they done in that hour but they certainly did not clean or valet the car! It came out exactly the same as it went in. What a waste of an hour. We had plans to go out for the day after we collected the car however we are now on our way to get a new indicator bulb! They haven’t signed the car out to say it’s been approved so we have no signature of them on the paper work. I would not recommend going to this dealership as your car will come out with more issues than it went in with. Certainly not impressed.
