From my initial enquiry to the moment I collected the car, the entire experience was exceptional. Both Paul and Amin were incredibly personable, and nothing was ever too much trouble. The thoughtful touches — like collecting me from the train station — made me feel truly valued as a customer.nPaul and Amin are a credit to both the BMW brand and the Halliwell Jones family. And I use the word family deliberately, because that’s exactly how I felt throughout my time at the dealership.

Highly delighted, just by chance purchase of a BMW Series 2 Active Tourer. I was steered towards this dealership by pals from work who had themselves bought from this dealership. I was looking for an X1 or X3 but hadn't found the exact spec I wanted. As the weeks turned to months, I decided I'd get something automatic just as a temporary vehicle until I discover the car I am looking for. I had seen this Active Tourer online but didn't show any interest in it. Just by chance I made the call to make an offer on it. Well here it is. I got the deal I wanted but have only just realized what a great deal I actually got. Well happy I am. It's an approved used BMW with all the guarantees and promises you could want.  Maybe I don't need that X1 or X3 after all. This car seems to be better than expected. The courtesy shown and assisted familiarization with the car was just spot on. Yep! I recommend them just as my work pals did with me. Top job Halliwell Jones.

I recently picked up my new X7, the whole experience was top notch from the moment i walked in to enquire until the day i drove the car away, a big shout out to Sean Mercer the sales guy, he was knowledgeable about the car, not pushy like some sales people, negotiations for the X5 i part exchanged exceeded my expectations in terms of value which is a first for me. All in all a 5 star experience.

Collected my new 1 Series M Sport last week. Excellent choice and well looked after by Sales person - Sean Mercer. Slight issue on collection re transferring my private plate but delighted to receive a voucher to spend as I see fit for the inconvenience. Superb sales after care following my agreement to purchase.

Just picked up this wee beauty at the weekend. Travelled down from Glasgow especially for it. Fantastic car, over the moon with it! Dealt with Tom Chadwick from start to finish. He was a great help and made the process as smooth as possible. Super friendly and helpful and really knows his cars
