Such poor service has never been seen before. After the service is completed, the body of the car is full of sewage. I never imagined that choosing go to the original Honda for service will return car to the customer like garbage.  There are other parts of the body. I am so angry that I don’t want to take pictures anymore. I have to go home and wash the car, because the dirty water will be watermarked when it is dried by the sun.

I was pleased with Holdcroft Honda Warrington and would recommend them because they are friendly, polite and professional. Their approach is no hassle and no pressure. They are always on hand to answer any questions and provide help. Ross was a pleasure to deal with. At all times, he was professional and helpful.  The original car I enquired about had been sold and I was about to say thanks and move on. Darren, the sales manager went out of his way to try and help me find a suitable car based upon my needs.  The car I ended up buying was a higher spec but not too much more than my original enquiry. They gave me a very good and fair market value for my PX in fact, it was more than a very popular online car trading in site!!  I am happy with my purchase and Honda Warrington Holdcroft. Their after sales service is just as good. Highly recommend them.

My experience at Holdcroft Honda was excellent the Sales Manager Daren  and salesman Marc went above and beyond to help me find my used Honda Civic all the way through the process of my purchase, i cannot thank them enough Top Dealership. Highly Recommended.

The actual 'deal' was unexpected, as my current arrangement was due to run for another 2 years. I was asked if I would be interested in the brand new 11G Civic - secretly the answer is OF COURSE, but can't be seen to be too keen!! I was made a very reasonable offer to complete my existing PCP, and all possible flexibility was shown to make the new deal interesting enough to accept - it was. Not only on the finance side, but personnel-wise, I was treated very correctly and all-but the red carpet were rolled out to ensure the transition from the previous to the brand new car was as smooth as possible - there's a lot of new technology to get your head around, which makes the new car such great fun!! That's a strange word to associate with 'mainstream Honda', but it's true - the new Civic is really quite an enjoyable car to both own and drive. I thoroughly recommend Holdcroft. I certainly thoroughly recommend the 11G Civic!!

I just had my first service for my Civic and my first official stamp since I bought the car. I am totally happy with the service I got. Thank you. Nicola, the Customer Advisor updated me continuously about what is happening with the car, then I got a video review from Dedar the Technician.

The salesman Andrew Leadbetter who introduced to me the cars always with his friendly smile which made me feeling warm. He knew that I came from Sale to buy the car at Warrington and kindly offered me a delivery service. After sale, he also answered my queries promptly and clear.

Honda Warrington Experience was great, Marc kept me informed at every stage of my car order everything was explained to me in a relaxed manner no hard sell. And the handover of vehicle was smooth would buy from them again. Thank You.

I have dealt with Darren twice when taking our car for a service - the latest being this week. Darren is such  a lovely man. Very calm, caring and very confident. I didn’t realise we were more than half an hour early. I was stressed about getting to work but he was amazing and very quickly sorted our courtesy car. Thanks Darren
