I had my 18ct yellow gold engagement ring made 2 sizes bigger. Both Linda and Nicole were very helpful, professional and courteous. Excellent service. Bought my first piece of jewellery from Jacey Gems. About 40 years ago!. Glad your still going strong. Thank you
Took a ring here to be enlarged , it was 2 sizes to small made of silver with a gold band set inside .... I wasn't very hopeful anything could be done but the shop came up with some answers and choices on how to do it . 2 days later a phone call and the ring was done and was absolutely perfect you would never know anything had been done . Really helpful staff and amazing service . If I ever need anything in the future I will be going here without a doubt . Thanks again
Highly recommended! H Samuel's had my late father's ring for 5 weeks and hadn't started the repair split ring needed joint repair and polish. So called the ring back, took to Jacey Gems and they repaired within 2 hours for a fraction of what I was quoted at H Samuel's. Excellent company, professional service, friendly staff! Thank you

Absolutely fantastic service. I had one day to get the 9ct gold sister ring, and like Santa himself the owner sorted it, beat my price limit, and gift boxed it lovely. Top service, by everyone who worked there that day. See you again guys. Would highly recommend to anybody, for new and pre-owned.
Went in just as they were closing and they were happy to fix two gold chains in 5 minutes for me. Very good and quick service.
Great and friendly service! I brought my watch for repair and it was repaired sooner than what was estimated. Very interpersonal and helpful with questions you have on jewellery and watches. I totally recommend!
The ladies today were extremely helpful , very friendly and just so lovely . I am currently having a very difficult time due to very recently losing my Dad and I’m still dealing with lose of my Mum. I had some very precious Jewellery left to me and they did everything they could to make this wearable. Their kindness made today easier and I can’t thank them enough, I have grown up using this shop and I’m so pleased it’s still here. Thank you again Myra xxx
Absolutely amazing! Fantastic service! And very speedy! Would highly recommend! After being told by 2 other jewelers in town my gold chain wasn't worth fixing and would take at least 4 weeks, Jacey's told me to pick it up in 2hours time and now it looks brand new and was half the price everywhere else was charging. Absolutely amazing, thank you Jacey Gems I will be back if i ever need more repairs
Went to peter borough and see a beautiful little 14ct gold cross pendant in the display cabinet.. stupidly, I walked away. The whole journey home 2 hours I was thinking about that pendant. Called the store the next day and asked if they can post... A few days later the pendant arrives very quickly and is now never being taken off. Moral of the story... If you want it buy it. Happy early birthday to me : Thank to the team. Great help
