What a fantastic place- great staff, CLEAN and spotless throughout and amazing food. Met by very helpful staff who showed us to our room. Stayed for one night in a small double overlooking the quay. Its a close walk to town. Served breakfast by the loveliest woman (Diane) who couldn't have made us more welcome. I will absolutely be coming back. Fantastic price especially for the pleasure of being in such a friendly, clean and enjoyable environment. Highly recommended :)

No idea why some people rated this so highly. I ordered a pie, took three bites and sent it back because the meat was so grisly. The pastry was thin and pathetic and the filling thin and mostly empty. The atmosphere is non existent and pretentious beyond belief. The prices are way out of touch with what it actually serves. My wife had a tiny piece of fish with risotto for thirteen pounds. The drinks are also very very expensive. Wouldn't describe it as particularly accessible and the seats were very comfortable. Decor was nice. Never would I return.

One of the worst dining experiences in a while. Forgot our order and even when this was acknowledged they served several other tables before us. We left without eating.

Lovely pub with excellent food. I has the scallops which were a little small and bacon a little chewy. The pork belly for main was superb melt in your mouth, very tasty accompaniment. Great wine choice. Excellent service, lovely atmosphere.
