A superb guest house. From the moment we arrived, when our cases where carried upstairs and coffee presented to us in the guest room, to the follow up letter to return an item we left in the room, this is a very special place. Lovely touches to the decor; pleasant and well furnished rooms made the stay enjoyable. The breakfast selection was the best we have ever seen. Plenty of choice, as much as you like and cooked to perfection. Want whiskey with your porridge? Then this is the place.

Wonderful host. 1st class attention to detail. David always goes the extra mile to look after his guests. Superb establishment.

Friendly staff made to feel welcome great breakfast and the rooms very clean will be stopping there again.

Warm friendly welcome, very comfortable bed, great linen, clean everywhere you cannot do better at this price level. We will definitely stay there again if we come to Morecombe again!

Very cute, lots of thoughtful touches. Owner was lovely, room was clean and had an amazing view (with vintage binoculars to appreciate it with!) and the breakfast was amazing. Would definitely recommend!
