Very happy indeed with my experience as a tenant. Vincent Shaw in particular, Christianne have always been professional and clear, with a reassuringly close attention to detail. Their approach has never been other than friendly and human, both in routine interactions and in their support in managing and resolving any issues that have arisen.

Vincent Shaw dealt with most queries and problems that we had promptly and were not overbearing in any way. All visits and inspections were organised in advance. They were very fair when it came to inspecting the property at the end of the tenancy. We were given the chance to clean some of the areas that were noted in our check out inspection, which was really appreciated. Overall are very positive experience.

Alberto was the most professional and kind-hearted agent. He answered all our questions patiently, gave advice to my first-time-tenant niece whom I was accompanying and entertained all her queries no matter how naive they were. He treated her with the utmost respect and gave the impression that he cared whether we find the right place or not. Unfortunately, there was not a fit between the apartment and her. But we really wish we could work together with Alberto. We know we could trust him.

I had an excellent letting experience with Vincent Shaw. Christianne was very helpful when an issue needed resolving and always quick to respond.
