You can expect great treatment before you become a tenant. But after, they simply ignore you. Never rent with them! Horrible experience.

Absolutely useless. They don't carry out checks. They don't do anything when tenants report problems. They keep saying things will improve following reorganisation but they don't. Avoid.

The kind of agency who are responsible for the negative stereotypes around agents. Pulled the classic one of trying to charge the tenants silly money (£140) on the checkout even though the flat was returned clean. They will say anything and never back down until the tenant agrees to their money being taken. Thankfully the deposit protection people prevented them from unjustly taking our money. If you are a landlord with no conscience then by all means let your property with tucker gardner as they will act as the perfect middle man to ensure that you never have any contact with the people paying your mortgage while they live with a leak for 3 months. Worst renting experience of all time

DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY - TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! During the year that I was renting from them I attempted to reach them by email 5 times and they didn't reply once. At one point I had flooding in the property and it took 3 days of me calling them for them to actually look into the matter. When I moved out, they compared the state of the property to an out of date inventory form that wasn't in my name and wanted to charge me for removing furniture that wasn't even in the property when I moved in! Furthermore, it took them TWO MONTHS after I moved to refund my deposit! A colleague of mine even said that when she rented from them it took them FOUR MONTHS to refund her deposit. To make matters worse, when I called to ask about the delay I was hung up on mid sentence and not called back! I would never use this agency again and do not recommend them to anyone! The worst customer service I've experienced in my life.
