We were very happy with the service from Cheffins and were glad that we chose them. Lucy Tuck was excellent as our main contact throughout an extremely prolonged sale (due to problems further up the chain). She always remained positive and supportive. We also had great service from other members of the Cheffins team too.

They have really helpful and professional staff based on my experience. I can reach my property manager even when she's on holiday. I'm really happy with their service.

Excellent property mangers and auction house. Have bought a number of fantastic pieces from their auctions over the years.

Be ready to be ignored all the time, from when you try to rent until after you leave the property. What a bad experience. First, when renting, the person in contact left for anual leave without saing anything, or pass the information to someone else... had to call all the time to get everthing sorted otherwise i would risk to lose the house when i was on a dead line to rent. Second, the property had a few diferent requirements regarding the gas and electricity that they are not even aware, and now 1 month after i left i am still trying to sort it, because they gave me the wrong information. Third, after i said i was leaving the property, the agency start booking views for other people, and you can see that they get stressed and offended when you refuse visits at some days, so what they do?? Show up on your door with 3 groups of people (7 people in total) when you are trying to rest, and when you do allow them to make visits and you are not in be prepared to find thing differently from the way you left them. Fourth, after ypu leave, they don't care about you anymore, even if they still need to give you deposit back (for me, only 33 days after) and i had to almost fight for it!!! Good luck if you ever had to deal with them...
