Recently moved to Cambridge with a demanding job, finding a place seems so difficult especially with me not having the time. Approaching Leaders letting was the best decision I made. They are available to assist you and make finding a home stress free. They have worked out an alternative to managing housing deposits which I find to be very innovative and smart. My greatest appreciation to Katie who held my hand through the process with patience and kindness, she deserves all her flowers. Thank you Leaders for the great service.

I was looking for an apartment to rent for me and my partner in Cambridge and Leah was extremely helpful and kind in allowing us to apply for a property that we really liked. She was extremely responsive and kind to give us the time we needed to arrange the documentation needed as we didn't have much of an idea of the complete scope of documentation required. Leah was an absolute pleasure to deal with and I couldn't recommend her and Leaders more.

It was very difficult to find a flat in our area, especially when you’re new to the place and nothing to prove. But Leaders Letting Agency was the 1st one who had helped me to find a place. Leah who is now handling my letting processing is doing her best in arranging everything for me and my husband. We are truly grateful. Hoping everything will go through smoothly and we will be able to settle things for this new place. Will surely recommend this letting agency and Leah in particular.

Leah was really friendly and so quick to respond whilst I was looking for and moving in to my new flat. She did everything she could to meet my incredibly tight deadline, and was even kind & thoughtful enough to add a personalised gift to the welcome box. Absolutely recommend.  There were a few times when agents seemed confused/out of the loop, especially on the phone. But I went in to the office physically and they were super helpful.

My parnter and I had been looking for a little while for our first flat together and eventually found a lovely property managed by Leaders. Having not used an agency before, I had lots of questions and ended up calling a few times each week! I am especially grateful for Leah and Katie for putting up with my endless questions, they have both been so lovely! It was a long process, but now that its finally done and we've got the keys we are just so happy. Thank you.

I'd say that moving to the UK is a hard task. A lot of things are different, especially I was demotivated with property rental bureaucracy. But we passed this way with Leaders, and the only physical contact we had was a visit to collect our keys. Our manager Leah was responsive and accessible via phone and email. With her help we were able to pass rental process in just 2 weeks.

I am an overseas Landlord and your Mr. Andre Payne is my property manager who has been handling the management of tenancy of my house for 8 months.  Andre can always keep in touch with me in relation to my house issues and can always get back quickly to me even sometimes when he's off duty.  So far, he has been helping me solve so many problems with my tenancy.  He is a really responsible, hardworking, patient and smart person with positive working attitude. His working performance is always reliable & efficient.  Last but not least, Andre was so competent to act as a smart negotiator to solve the disputes between me and my ex-tenant.
