I have rented with Alexander Greens for 3 months, while I was doing my internship. The prices for the properties were really good, especially compared to other agencies. They were transparent and honest, mentioning all taxes that I had to pay. They were very fast to answering my questions and providing support. The shower broke 2 months after moving in and they sent someone and got replace it replaced in less than 48 hours of reporting it. Communal areas were cleaned weekly, which was nice. They are also open on Saturday, which made a real difference when I moved out. I am very happy with my renting experience and I would recommend them. The staff was nice and helpful.

Had a really nice experience with Alexander Greens, I had an issue with the bathroom fan and in less than 24 hours was fixed. I would recommend them for renting a property.

Quite simply, the best letting agent in Cambridge. Low management fees, fast response and fixing of tenants problems. Small enough to genuinely care for their clients. Highly knowledgeable, trustworthy, and efficient. A rare combination these days. We have become wholly reliant on them over the last 7 years, to fully manage our portfolio of properties, and have been totally satisfied with their service. The specialist contractors they use to fix problems are extremely efficient and fairly priced, and have a very fast response time - normally dealt with by the next working day. I thoroughly and unresevedly recommend them. Digby Long
