Over the last 5 years we have brought one house through Morris Armitage and sold 2. They have, on all occasions, provided an outstanding service. They know the market and advise you honestly and sensibly.  The photos they take are excellent and they take time and care to show your home to it's best. They kept us fully informed at each stage, and if we rang and the person dealing with our sale wasn't in others in the office were up to speed and always able to help. They were fantastic at vetting potential buyers and getting feedback from them promptly and passing this on to us. During the sales they were in contact with us, the buyer and the solicitors and helped this process to go as smoothly as possible. I would highly recommend them without hesitation.

I highly recommend Morris Armitage. The staff are all friendly, helpful and work so hard to sell your house. They are brilliant at keeping in touch and letting you know what's going on. By far the best estate agents i have ever dealt with.

We have all our rental Properties with Morris Armitage,  all handled by Nathaniel who keeps us up to date & does a job of it . Have been a Landlord in Cambridge for 40 years & have used most Rental Agents.   Would Recommend there services.

After letting in England for over 9 years all I can say is worst letting agency I have ever used. We were over charged for our initial deposit, we had cleaning and utilities included but then told we didn’t pay enough so they couldn’t start us on a cleaning company for the first three weeks, we rented furnished and the bed was broken the day we moved in, it took over 4 months for them to replace, the entire oven broke it took over 6 weeks to replace. The chap (Nathaniel) who is in charge of our account never responded to emails to the point I had to take off work and go down to the office in Cambridge and speak directly to his boss. Nathaniel was rude when responding or just wouldn’t respond. Had to get the overpayment of our deposit back by another person. Everything was a mess and handled unprofessionally the entire time. If you do use this company best of luck 👎

Were a big help at all stages of the process, beyond just the usual marketing you might expect from an estate agent. Sale and purchase would have fallen through without their efforts. Will use them again if we ever decide to move.
