I've received excellent service from the staff at Martin & Co. Waisum was helpful, informative and friendly. Any questions I had and all the emails I sent were all responded to and answered. Any time I'd call, he'd either be there to respond or get back to me. Very grateful I found my new apartment and he was there to assist. Upon moving in, any issues I experienced were resolved quickly and professionally by Amelia. She's been great, friendly and efficient. I couldn't have felt more comfortable in my new home without her kind and helpful responses and actions. Price wise, cheaper admin fees than most companies in Cambridge and all fees have been explained thoroughly. No hidden costs (that I've experienced anyway). Very grateful to have found them.

This was our first experience with Martin and Co and we were very satisfied with the whole process. Matt and Waisum were very helpful and quick to answer our queries. The advice we received was good showing that they really know well the rental market. Moreover, they were very quick and efficient in dealing with any issue that arose along the way. We are very satisfied with the service provided by Martin and Co and would definitely recommend them.
