Brilliant service, rented my properties without any issues and always kept me informed of any problems.  Special thanks to Mr Witkowski who is very professional and would truly recommend his and his team service. There are a lot of estate agents out there that promise this and that but fail to deliver but this firm has kept its promise. Well done keep it up.

Sorting my accommodation with Jessica from the agency and it's been so smooth. Quick to respond to any requests, professional, great communication. Had a little issue with referencing and she's been very helpful with that too and help me out a lot which she didn't have to. Much appreciated :). Can't wait to move in!

Very efficient and friendly service. On multiple occasions, we have needed some advice or some repair work done and each time, we have been impressed by the helpful and quick responses. Our Property Manager, Jack, has been excellent to work with.

Haart contacted us immediately following a request to view a property. Sadly that property had already gone but they had an alternative which met our criteria. From the agreement to view, they have been professional and friendly and efficient with the paperwork. We move into our new place soon and the check in time has been very flexible with working hours - very happy with that. I have high hopes for a continued positive relationship with this letting agents

Things hadn't gone according to plan with regards to my gas certificate being redone before it expired. 
When I found out it hadn't been completed and I only had a few days until it expired I rung and spoke to Katrina in the property management team.  She was superb and sorted out a potentially stressful situation really quickly and efficiently.  I can't thank her enough for her excellent service.  Thank you Katrina!😊
