In my experience Saint Andrews Bureau are a superb property management company. They have managed my residential property in Cambridge for the last 19 years and when I bought a second property 3 years ago I placed it with them too. The service is exceptional and all the staff (in particular, Claire Baron) are excellent. They do a great job for me as the landlord and my tenants love them too. In the past I have dealt with other property management companies and they don't hold a candle to SAB.  I cannot recommend them highly enough if you are a landlord.

I have used their service to get an accommodation in Cambridge. It was a real good experience with getting the issues fixed on time and prompt reply for the questions.
Overall a trustworthy business in Cambridge. Would highly recommend to people in search of accommodation.

SAB have been managing our house for roughly 8 years. They have been brilliant at keeping all the records and updating us with any legal changes that happen. The staff have always been polite, supportive and helpful whenever we communicate with them. Our property has been managed efficiently, which means we can relax and leave it in their hands.

Update 2:  Last dealings with SAB were December 29, 2016.  In written correspondence 'Donna' promised that head of the estates department would get back to me, but he never did.  Instead, they updated their response to say that I'd not dealt with them for 10 years.  This is typical of the business.  Moving goal posts, broken promises, etc.  I wouldn't be surprised if the bulk of the good reviews were paid for.

Original comments:

Office staff will change contracts behind your back.  Double check your tenancy before signing.  Fees are taken for references that are never requested.  If your references do not arrive, chances are they never asked for them.

Update:  In response to the claim that formal complaints are taken seriously, I can attest that formal complaints submitted to the office are destroyed.  I witnessed this personally.

I called this Letting agents, and the person who answered had a very hostile tone, after some of the dates he mentioned didn’t match with the advert, and the fumbling on the phone made it hard to hear, I emailed to after for clarification on the details as the agent didn’t seem to be 100% clued up in the details. 
About 3 minutes after this email, he calls me back to argue about my email, he was very hostile and defensive and generally rude, then hung up half way through my sentence trying to explain what my issue was.
