Velo-Tech was recommended to me by a work colleague earlier this year. Martin has since done a full service on two of my bikes and fixed several other minor issues with my road, commuter & mtb. I cannot fault any of the work carried out to date – the bikes felt great after the service & issues were all resolved. As well as the standard of work, the big plus for me is the convenience of the service – Martin would collect/dropoff the bike at a convenient time, or do the work there and then. After years of hit and miss service from both big retailers and local bike shops, its great to find someone I can trust to do a good job. Other positives - 1) I would have been prepared to pay extra for the convenience/quality work, however prices were clearly lower than what I have paid elsewhere; 2) Martin seems like a great guy and really enthusiastic about what he is doing and cycling in general, also very honest – he has turned down work on my bike & advised me on a better fix at no cost. I would recommend Velo-Tech to anyone who owns a bike.
