So, had to take back a pair of walking boots today. These had been fine through the dry summer but now the weather has turned I found out that they were not waterproof as described and the left boot had developed an irritating squeak when walking. Fortunately I still had the receipt and even though the boots we 10 months old there was not quibbling and I was refunded straightaway by a very helpful young assistant. Love this shop, I could spend a small fortune in there and always find the staff most pleasant and helpful.
Store Manager here is brilliant. She resolved an issue I had with vouchers over Christmas so professionally. When the roof tent I wanted came back into stock she kept it to one side. Called me to confirm she had it. Upon purchasing Brett and Oliver C helped to install it.nGot to say the best customer service I’ve ever received anywhere. Thanks again
Extremely polite and very helpful members of staff. Visited twice in short succession today . . All four members of staff were so very polite and helpful ... felt totally privileged and spoilt by their respectful and courteous manners. Had what I need and easy to find. Unfortunately, the staff were a little miserable and mumbled on check out. Made me feel like I was an inconvenience by shopping there. They could be more up beat and less mumbley when talking with customers!
Good place to find and buy outdoor gear. Prices are fairly competitive, but there's plenty of stock to choose from with all the big brands well represented.At the moment too they've got and extra 15% off almost everything too,the staff are helpful and know there stuff so big thumbs up for that,ive had a recent return myself and they couldn't be more helpful at the Stockport branch,special thanks to Olly in footwear dept..
