I walked in one afternoon to get my bikes forks and headset checked out and to buy some brake fluid and grips. There were a couple of problems that could have been a major hastle or cost for me, but these guys went the extra mile to fix it within my slim budget there and then for a reasonable price. Great shop! Loads of stuff all fit into what could be considered a reasonably small space. Great service and great range of products. Highly recommend a visit here!

unless you own a bike worth 3k or more don't bother going here as they just look down their noses at you and ive been a few times and been really disappointed with the customer service level and feel that they don't want the work or want to help if your bike is only a simple bike, hey ho lesson learnt anyway ill never go again or recommend to anyone....

Saved me butt. Travelling around in a van I needed my seatpost bled. Rang these guys in extremely short notice and 30 minutes later it was done. Unbelievably great service and helpful tips on where to ride. If all bike shops were like this, website sellers would be out of business.
