Great service I have visited this store on a few occasions initially to help locate the e-bike I was looking to purchase as there was limited stock available. But having got my bike elsewhere the team have been more than happy to help with further enquiries about repairs and servicing.

Called into the shop to look at electric mountain bikes. The young man who served me was informative, friendly, knowledgeable and general excellent he hadn't worked there long - they need to keep him !. I will be returning should I decide to buy a bike.
Once again, the folks at Trek have provided excellent customer service. They genuinely care for their customers, and they take their time to listen to you. I visited the shop today for some advice and they were really helpful. I had a bit of a bump the other day and they provided me with a replacement helmet. Thank you so much!
Being a bike novice, I went into Trek Wilmslow a little apprehensive and fearful that my lack of bike knowledge would be frowned upon. However, I was greeted by a wonderful human being in Matt sales and bike expert. He made me feel welcome, he acknowledged my lack of knowledge about bikes and helped me understand what type of bike would work for me and my ambitions in MTB. From there, the service and communication by the whole Trek Wilmslow team was nothing short of brilliant. It’s rare to experience service, attitude and care in retail. Once I had chosen my bike with all the wonderful advice from the team and Matt Top Fuel 7, I was given further education, tips and help with the kind gear I would need, maintenance of the bike and even advice about terrain and trails I could get into. Also, the team made a great gesture and offered me premium pedals at no extra cost due to a admin error. Overall - I would not hesitate to recommend Trek Wilmslow, they went above and beyond at every stage of the process and I will continue to use these guys for a long time to come. What a great starting experience to my bike adventure. Thanks Matt and the Trek team.
Great product and range of accessories, the team at Wilmslow were brilliant, I took a lot of their time talking through what I needed now and in the future.
I recently visited Trek Wilmslow, the experience is great. This shop has lot of varieties that you are looking to buy from the Trek.
Fitting of new brakes. Trek took a morning to fit some new brakes and cables for me. The service was excellent and the mechanic super friendly and informative. He was keen to share information and keep me in the loop. Top class service; no advanced booking and 3 hour turnaround! Top marks Trek.
Stopped in the day before our bike tour as we had some emergency repairs to do. Can't thank John enough for sorting us out and talking us through our bike set up. One of life's true greats! Highly recommend this place for friendly people, good advice and fine workmanship
Friendly and knowledgeable staff, seemed to have a good range of products too.
