Used this store purely for convenience for a parcel redirection not long ago, they are a collection point. No clear signage on where to collect from, when I was eventually directed to the back of the store after waiting in the queue, the supposedly store manager was on the phone talking abnormally loudly and did not even acknowledge me. He carried on speaking on the phone to some other colleague about store matters for almost 5 minutes before doing his job (serve customers). Ironically in this phone call, customer service was mentioned! What a joke.

Went in with a rear brake light failure. Adrian P on the till was very friendly, found a new bulb to replace the dead one and sorted out a young man to fit it immediately; entertaining me with his wonderful sense of humour while it was sorted. At the end of a long day he was a breath of fresh air!

I went to Halfords because my TomTom was faulty. As it was still in warranty I spoke to the manager called Gary who was really helpful in dealing win my situation. & Gary changed my TomTom without hesitation

Really good staff.very helpful even fixing a few thing on my bike real quick and not charging me. The two lads upstairs were super helpful.

Extremely poor phoned up this morning to check road bike stock, was told that they were In stock and can have built in one hour.  So we head down to be told they have no stock and they wouldn't have it ready until Wednesday.  Don't use knowledge is poor.  Don't know the differences in specs and even worse no accountability.  In general they really just don't care.  In turn peak cycles macclesfield are awesome very knowledgeable and strive to meet customer expectations.  And give honest times
