Can’t recommend them highly enough! A few friends of mine, recommended Dan and his team some weeks ago. My bike was worn out and needed quite a bit of servicing. The turnaround was exceptionally fast and the price was extremely reasonable. I will definitely be recommending and returning soon. Thanks again
Stonepail Cycles were recommended by a work colleague and what a pleasure to meet with Dan who provided a 1st class service in diagnosing the issues with my bike and promising to keep the repairs to a minimum cost. Dan kept his promise & the bike was repaired for a very reasonable cost & to my delight. Will be using Stonepail Cycles again & again and you should too.. Brilliant stuff.

I can't praise this place enough. Great customer service, really responsive and if they can fix your bike in front of you they will. I had an issue with my road bike gears today and I was fearing the usual strain of bookings and waiting for a slot but within 15mins I was riding a fixed bike out of the shop. We so need places like this especially if they are as approachable and helpful as I experienced today.
Excellent service, both my bikes are serviced here regularly and they come out better than new. Bought my daughter’s Frog from here and it’s exactly what we wanted. Get all my cycling advice from Daniel and value every piece
I had my bike cleaned and serviced here and they were able to squeeze me in on very short notice. My bike came back cleaner and working better than the day I got it. Really excellent l, efficient and knowledgeable service with no cut corners. Highly recommend.
Stopped by here after buying a bike and trying to adjust it myself, but bodging it. Walked in just before the end of the day just before closing. Not a great move on my behalf so wasn't expecting much but last ditch effort after a few hours of frustration. Was very accommodating, and friendly. Quickly fixed the issue and a couple of other minor things he spotted straight away. Taught me about the bike and gave it a quick once over. Absolutely fantastic experience! would highly recommend.
Took my reasonably decent cyclocross bike to Dan for a service as it hadn't been ridden in 5+ years - he let me know when I dropped the bike off that it would be a few weeks as he was just about to go on holiday and gave me the option to take it to a different shop. I happily left it with Dan and a week earlier than expected I got a phone call to say it was ready. Picked it up, paid the very very reasonable service cost and it rides better than it ever did when new. Strongly recommend Stonepail Cycles to anyone looking for honest advice and best in class service.
